We are a small team selling hot tubs, swim spas and cold plunges out of a warehouse in Vaughan, Ontario. There is no showroom floor act — you book a time, we open up, and you see the actual units that are here.
How we work
We buy the models we believe in, in quantity, and hold them here. That is why 9 of the 12 models on this site are in stock right now rather than on a twelve-week order — and why we can tell you on the phone exactly what is available today.
Every unit includes delivery. What that delivery covers differs from model to model, so it is listed on each model's own page rather than promised in general — along with the cover, steps and starter chemical kit that come with the tub.
Viewing is by appointment, so that whoever meets you has time to answer properly. Call and we will find a slot.
Who we work with
Components and financing.
The shells on our spas are Lucite acrylic by Aristech, and the control systems, heaters and lighting are Balboa. Which components a given model carries is listed on that model's own specification table — we do not claim them across the range.
We finance through Financeit. Terms run 12–240 months on an open loan, so it can be cleared early without a penalty. Rates and approval are Financeit's, not ours.
