Delivery is included with every model we stock. What it covers is not identical across the range, so it is listed here model by model rather than promised in general.

What we have not published
We have not published a delivery area, a distance limit, a lead time, or a freight rate for addresses outside our usual range, and we are not going to state one here that we have not confirmed. Call us with your address before you order and we will tell you exactly what applies to it.
Where a model’s record above says a crane is included, that is what we have published for it. The scope of that — what the crane covers, and what a difficult access route means for it — is a conversation about your specific property, not a line on a page.
We have not published an installation service. Getting a spa to your yard and getting it running are different jobs: the electrical connection is work for your own licensed electrician, and what your property can supply is their determination.
Anything above that matters to your purchase, ask us and we will confirm it in writing before you order.
