One thing: the enquiry form. If you fill it in, we receive your name, whichever of your email address and phone number you choose to give us, which of those you would rather we used, what your enquiry is about, the model it concerns if you started from a model’s page, a preferred date if you are asking for a viewing, and whatever you write in the message box.

The form also records the browser you sent it from and how long the form was open before you submitted it. The second of those is an anti-spam measure: a real person cannot complete the form in under a couple of seconds, and a machine can.

We do not ask for and cannot accept payment details anywhere on this site. There is no card field on any page.

We use it to answer you. That is the whole purpose — the form exists so somebody here can call or email you back about the enquiry you sent.

Your enquiry is stored so it is not lost between you sending it and us reading it. If that storage is unavailable at the moment you submit, the form tells you so and asks you to phone instead. It will not tell you your message was sent when it was not.

We keep a technical record of enquiries arriving so we can tell whether the form is working. That record deliberately excludes your name, your email address, your phone number and your message — it holds only the shape of the event.

Your enquiry is held by our hosting and database providers so that it reaches us. Nobody else receives it. We do not sell enquiries, share them with other retailers, or use them for advertising.

This site has no analytics, no advertising trackers, no social-media pixels and no tag manager. It sets no cookies of its own. Web fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, which means your browser makes a request to Google to fetch them; that is the only third-party request a page on this site makes.

Call us on (416) 871-0850 and ask. You can ask what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it.

We have not yet published a retention period or a named contact for these requests. Rather than state one we have not settled, we would rather you had a phone number that reaches a person. We will publish both here once they are confirmed.
